The P.A.W. Express mobile pet adoption van will be at the 38th Annual Fall Jubilee in Historic Old Town Manassas on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. The Fall Jubilee is a free community event and features an assortment of live entertainment for both kids and adults.
