2022 – A Year in Review

As a local non-profit, the Prince William SPCA relies solely on the support of donors to achieve our mission. We strive every day to inspire a community that fosters kindness, respect, and compassion for all animals. Please help us to continue this important work by visiting pwspca.org/donate to make a donation today. Your tax-deductible, year-end contribution will enable our programs continue to support animals in our local community. We are a 100% volunteer-run organization with a 501(c)(3) non-profit status. Less than 2% of our annual expenses are administrative, assuring that more of the money you donate goes directly to the animals in our local community!

As we say goodbye to 2022, we would like to share some highlights of the work we did throughout the year:

– Hosted four Pet Wellness Clinics with low-cost vaccines and microchips for more than 300 families

– Showcased homeless animals in our PAW Express Adoption Van at 14 community events

– Funded more than $15,000 in microchips at the Prince William County Animal Shelter

– Funded foster care packages for hundreds of high-risk shelter kittens

– Sponsored 13,000 copies of Kind News magazine reaching 500 local classrooms

– Assisted with food insecurity to help pets stay in their homes and out of the shelters

– Provided community outreach for spay/neuter, wildlife, pet care and humane education

Thank you for your support in 2022!
