Who’s a good boy? Harold’s a good boy!

Harold’s foster parents describe him as “a very social pup who enjoys cuddling and playing.” This sweet, loving boy is good with other dogs and already knows several basic commands. He’s also crate trained! Harold loves toys, tug-of-war, and snuggling with his favorite people.

Harold’s adoption is sponsored, and he comes with three private dog training sessions.

Harold is currently in a Promote-a-Pet foster home. If you would like to meet him, please reach out to our Behavior team at behavior@jaxhumane.org or 904-493-4586.

Bert and Ernie. Mario and Luigi. Batman and Robin.

History is full of famous pairings, but our favorite dynamic duo is Tommy and Johnny. These handsome 14-year-old brothers are a little shy and would love to find a quiet home where they can relax and be given time to come out of their shells.

Here’s what their foster mom has to say about this dream team:

“Tommy and Johnny are the perfect meditation and book lover’s companions. They move at their own pace getting to know a person and will not be rushed! But the best things always take time. First impressions can be quite deceiving because these gentlemen enjoy a good ruckus. Often you can find them playing and running like kittens in the evenings. They love a quality ball of yarn, and Tommy doesn’t mind sampling a bit of catnip now and again (as distinguished gentlemen do).”

Tommy and Johnny are currently in a Promote-a-Pet foster home. If you’d like to meet them, please reach out to our Behavior team at behavior@jaxhumane.org or 904-493-4586.

Update: Anni has been adopted!

Anni is a sweet, mellow lady who’s ready to settle down with that special someone – could it be you? Some of Anni’s favorite activities include long walks, exploring the great outdoors, playing with rope toys, and munching on treats. She’s an expert level cuddler and would make a great big spoon. Anni already knows some basic commands and enjoys spending time with people. She also loves children! Anni is part of our Pawsitive Reading program and has had a blast spending time with PWSPCA campers.

If you’d like to meet Anni, stop by the The Prince William SPCA and find her in her suite! We’re located at 8464 Beach Blvd. and open seven days a week.
